A trio of wheel-thrown porcelain tiny plates, painted by hand.
Each stroke is painted in one go, with no going back once the brush touches the surface. The blue and clear glaze layers blend together once each piece is fired.
This plate was inspired by a 12th century Spanish fresco of a hunting scene featuring three hounds: small, medium, and large. Now each with its own plate.
The smallest tiny plate is approximately 2 cm tall and 5.5 cm across. The medium is approximately 2 cm tall and 6.5 cm across. And the largest is approximately 2.5 cm tall and 7.5 cm across. Each one has a trimmed flat foot and is signed underneath.
